Exclusively for the Thermocook. The pizza baking plate transforms your Thermocook into a fully-fledged, small pizza oven. Of course, you can also prepare tarte flambée, foccacia, pinsa or other bakery products in the closed cooking chamber (max. height 35 mm). • Baking chamber Ø 300 x h 35 mm • Solid cast aluminium • Pizza baking stone for extra-crispy results • The cut-out in the top plate allows the direct radiant heat of the heating element • Baking time 4-8 minutes depending on the thickness and type of the pizza (fresh / frozen) • Not suitable for Thermocook Twin • Not suitable for baking system adapter • In extensive tests we have prepared many different pizzas from established manufacturers and well-known brands and can reliably state the following baking times: Fresh pizza: Ø baking time of 4.5 minutes / Frozen pizza: Ø baking time of 7 minutes. Please note that the baking time varies depending on the initial temperature of the food and the thickness. All pizzas tested could be prepared within 4-8 minutes. (Maximum height of the baked product 35 mm!) With a baking time of just 5 minutes, you can bake up to 12 pizzas per hour - that's an impressive 120 pizzas in 10 hours!
