1.1. SIA GastroServiss (hereinafter - "we" or "GS24.LV") is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. We do our best to ensure that our processing of personal data complies with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and which repeals Directive 95/ 46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation). By submitting your data, you agree that the data is processed and stored for the entire time of data processing specified here, as well as in the cases specified in regulatory acts after the initial data processing for as long as it is necessary.

1.2. GS24.LV processes your data in order to provide you with services. It is not possible to provide the service without processing personal data, because in accordance with Article 1404 of the Civil Law of the Republic of Latvia, its participants must be taken into account in every legal transaction.

1.10. Registration and delivery:

• When purchasing Goods from our online store GS24.LV, the Buyer has the opportunity to register by filling out the registration form at www.gs24.lv, specifying the Buyer's personal data: for private individuals - first name, last name, e-mail address, address where the goods will be delivered, phone number, for legal for individuals – full name, company name, registration number, address, delivery address, contact information, bank name, bank account number.
• The Buyer is responsible for the provided Registration data (for unregistered Buyers - in the Delivery information) being accurate and complete. If the Buyer's data changes, the Buyer must update them before placing the Order. The Seller is not responsible for losses incurred by the Buyer or third parties due to the Buyer providing incorrect or incomplete data (or not changing or supplementing the data).
• Availability of products at www.gs24.lv is informative, they are renewed several times a day. Therefore, there may be a situation that the Product chosen by the Buyer is not/is not available in sufficient quantity. If the Product chosen by the Buyer is not available or not in the required quantity, the manager will contact the Buyer and offer to replace it with an equivalent one or to receive it together with the delivery of new goods.
• If the customer has not concluded a post-payment contract with SIA GastroServiss, the product is delivered only after pre-payment.

1.11. Return of goods purchased in the online store

When buying goods on our Internet, the buyer can refuse the goods within 7 calendar days.

Product return policy:

• The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer;
• The goods must be new (no damage, no signs of wear);
• It is necessary to fill out the product return form and contact our manager or send a request to our e-mail info@gs24.lv;
• Please send the returned product to the address Krustpils iela 12, cab. 253-254, Riga, LV-1073, Latvia;
• A full refund is made within five working days of receiving the returned item. It is also possible to exchange the product for another one, for the same amount, or with a surcharge;
• In the event that the product is found to have a manufacturing defect, the repair and return of the product to the customer is free of charge. Products with a manufacturing defect can be exchanged or repaired within 20 days of purchase. In the event that the manufacturing defect is not detected, the repair is carried out for a separate fee.

1.12. Payment procedure and terms:

• In any case, the buyer, a private person or a legal entity that does not have a purchase agreement with SIA GastroServiss, will pay for the Goods in the form of prepayment by bank transfer, paying the advance invoice sent electronically by the Seller. The responsibility for data security in such a case lies with the respective bank, as all monetary operations take place in its system;
• The Buyer must pay for the ordered Goods no later than within 3 (three) working days from the confirmation of the Order and the receipt of the Advance invoice;
• When making payment, it is mandatory to indicate the Order number, which is presented in the advance invoice;
• The Buyer can receive the Goods only after the Seller has received payment for the Goods in his bank account;
• The Seller has the right unilaterally, without notifying the Buyer, to cancel the order and cancel the reservation of the Goods, if the Buyer has not paid for the Goods within 3 (three) working days after the date of issuing the Advance invoice. In the event that payment for the Goods is transferred from a bank other than the Seller's or another national bank, it is recommended to inform the Seller about this by sending a payment order to the Seller's e-mail info@gs24.lv;
• Buyer A legal person who has concluded a Purchase Agreement with SIA GastroServiss shall make payment in accordance with the procedure provided for in the Agreement.
