Delivery options:
- It is possible to pick up the order by agreeing in advance the time of receiving the order at Krustpils street 12, room 253-254, Riga LV-1073, SIA Gastroservis office premises;
- Delivery of the order to the address specified by the customer is carried out by courier service (DPD, DHL, FEDEX, TNT, Latvian Post);
- The order can be received in parcels (OMNIVA, DPD, POST OFFICE, CIRKLE K);
- The shipping price depends on the product supplier's pricing, which is calculated depending on the weight, dimensions and address. The final price of delivery is determined after the purchase and delivery are completed;
- Delivery costs and times in Latvia, the Baltic States, Europe are coordinated with the office administrator/s.
Equipment delivery, bringing in, connection:
- GS24.LV or SIA Gastroserviss is not responsible for bringing the product to the customer's premises, because the responsibility of the outsourcing company and the provision of such a service must be agreed separately;
- GS24.LV or SIA Gastroserviss can ensure the connection of the equipment to the communications that are necessary for the operation of the equipment, but this is done separately by applying for service services and contacting our administrator/s. When the master arrives to connect the device, it must be in the place chosen by you.
Return and warranty terms:
- The customer is informed about the product warranty after placing the order;
- If there is a claim about the quality of the product, please describe the product defect in free written form;
- At the time of filing a claim, you must have the proof of transaction saved.
Please note that the warranty is void if:
- You have tried to repair the damage yourself;
- The damage occurred as a result of intentional action;
- The damage was caused by a natural disaster (flood, storm, fire, etc.);
- The damage occurred when a foreign body (dust, liquid) entered the product;
- You have used non-standard power supply units, accessories or spare parts for the product;
- Damage to the product occurred at the time of delivery, which you did not notify immediately after receiving the product.

Right of withdrawal and return of goods:
When using the right of cancellation, you should take into account that you must return the product at your own expense within 7 days from the day you sent the cancellation. For individual cases, call our contact number (+371) 25856856.
GS24.LV or SIA Gastroserviss will return the amount of money paid for the purchase within 30 days (30 days are necessary because we sell professional equipment and we must immediately notify the factories of the found defects and return the defective product). We remind you that we reserve the right not to refund the payment of the purchase and service until you have returned the product to us or submitted evidence confirming the delivery of the product.
To avoid misunderstandings, when receiving the product, make sure that it fully matches the order (manufacturer, model, color, size and other important parameters). If you find defects caused during delivery (scratches, tears, etc.), you have the right to dispose of the product immediately (at the time of product delivery).
In case of exercise of the right of refusal and return of goods, please note that:
- You can check the product, but you must not use it;
- The product must be returned in its undamaged, unstained original packaging;
- The returned item must be in its complete set;
- The buyer is responsible for the full assembly and packaging of the product.
Please remember that professional equipment is designed specifically for its operation and product use (for example, a cheese grater, intended for grating cheese, not cheese products or by-products). If you have not considered any of the points above, we reserve the right not to accept the item for return or exchange.
