Delivery Options:
- Orders can be received by prior arrangement;
- Order address: Krustpils iela 12, office 253-254, Riga LV-1073, SIA Gastroserviss office premises;
- Order delivery to the customer's specified address is carried out by courier (DPD, DHL, FEDEX, TNT, Latvijas Pasts);
- Orders can be received from parcel terminals (OMNIVA, DPD, PASTS, CIRKLE K);
- Delivery costs depend on the service provider's rates, calculated based on weight, size, and address. The final delivery cost is determined after the purchase and delivery;
- Delivery costs and terms within Latvia, the Baltics, and Europe are coordinated with the office administrators.
- GS24.LV or SIA Gastroserviss is not responsible for the delivery of the product to the customer's territory, as responsibility lies with the third-party service provider, and this service must be agreed upon separately;
- GS24.LV or SIA Gastroserviss can provide equipment connection to necessary communications, but this is done separately by contacting our office administrators. When the technician arrives to connect the equipment, it must be located at your chosen location.
ДEquipment Delivery, Transportation, and Connection:
- The client is informed about the product warranty after placing the order;
- If there are complaints about the product's quality, describe the defect in the product in a free-form written manner;
- When submitting a complaint, you must retain the transaction confirmation.
Note that the warranty is voided if:
- You attempted to repair the damage yourself;
- The damage occurred due to intentional actions;
- The damage was caused by a natural disaster (floods, storms, fire, etc.);
- The damage occurred when foreign objects (dust, liquids) came into contact with the equipment;
- You used non-standard power supplies, accessories, or spare parts for the product;
- The damage occurred during delivery, and you did not immediately report it after receiving the product.

Right of Withdrawal and Product Return:
- When exercising the right of withdrawal, please note that you are obligated to return the product at your own expense within 7 days from the day of sending the withdrawal notice.
- In some cases, please call our contact phone (+371) 25856856.
- GS24.LV or SIA Gastroserviss will refund the purchase amount within 30 days (30 days are necessary because we sell professional equipment and must notify manufacturers about defects and return the defective product).
- We remind you that we have the right to withhold the refund until you return the product or provide proof of product delivery.
To avoid misunderstandings, please ensure that the product fully matches the order (manufacturer, model, color, size, and other important parameters) when you receive it. If you notice any defects that occurred during delivery (scratches, cracks, etc.), you have the right to report them immediately (at the time of product delivery).
When exercising the right of withdrawal and returning a product, please note the following:
- You can inspect the product, but must not use it;
- The product must be returned in its undamaged original packaging;
- With the purchase document, original packaging, and no visible signs of use;
- The seller has the right to withhold compensation until the product is received.
