the Volano is constructed of aluminum alloy with steel parts with enamel finish. The fully manual meat slicer does not have a motor and so does not require a power point. Due to the absence of the motor, the blade will not overheat, thereby additionally guaranteeing the quality of the product to be cut. The meat slicer has a built-in sharpening device and the cutting thickness is adjustable from 0-2.3mm.
