The heat table with marmite is designed for short-term storage/serving of food products at serving temperature

• Two mechanical thermostats: Marmite and heat cabinet temperatures are regulated separately
• Legs with adjustable height (+/- 15 mm)
• Marmite is equipped with a water sensor to protect the heating element
• The drawer guides are equipped with a mechanical return device. If necessary, the guides can be quickly replaced (see maintenance)
• The cabinet has eight pairs of rails for GN containers (GN1/1-50) or one height-adjustable shelf (specify in the order).
