Ice Generator SCALE AS5000B SPLIT is designed for the production of flake ice. Dry flake ice, 1.5 mm thick and with a temperature of -5-10C, is suitable for a wide range of applications in food service and retail enterprises, such as display and cooling, storage, and transportation of products. Production capacity is 5000 kg per day at an air temperature of 21C and water temperature of 15C. Supplied without a storage bin. Requires water and drainage connection.
