Ice maker SCALES AS2300B SPLIT is designed for the production of flake ice. Dry flake ice, 1.5 mm thick and with a temperature of -5 to -10C, is suitable for a wide range of applications in catering and trading enterprises, such as display and cooling, storage, and transportation of products. Productivity is 2300 kg per day at an air temperature of 21C and water temperature of 15C. Supplied without a bunker. Requires connection to water and sewage.
