Gastronorm Lid - 1/4 GN - Polycarbonate

What is Gastronorm?

Benefits of polycarbonate

The use of polycarbonate in GN containers and lids offers many advantages. For example, this material is almost indestructable and, thanks to its transparency, you can see through it on all sides so you know what the contents of the container are. In addition, it is an odourless and taste-free material that doesn't absorb these qualities from the food. The biggest advantage, however, lies in the ease of cleaning. Polycarbonate GN containers and lids are dishwasher safe, dry quickly and can withstand temperatures from -40 up to 100°C.
