Separately adjustable temperature and time
This professional sous vide has a patented pump system for the water. It pumps 8 litres of water per minute. The LCD shows a digital display for both temperature and time. These can each be set separately using the user-friendly control panel with touch keys. Furthermore, the sous vide appliance has a thermal safety device and an accuracy of 0,1ºC. The power cord of the sous vide appliance can be easily removed.
For placing in a water tank
Put this sous vide stick in a water tank or a pan with a flat or round side. Using the button you can clamp the stick so that it cannot move. Then the stick heats the water and you can place vacuum-packed food in it to cook sous vide. The sous vide appliance is made from stainless steel so it's easy to clean. Use a damp cloth, warm water and a bit of mild detergent. Then use a dry cloth to wipe everything down until the next use.
