User friendly control panel

This combi steam oven is ideally suited to large scale cooking. The powerful stainless steel heating elements ensure both a complete and efficient heat distribution. In addition, the combi steam oven is equipped with a fan with a reverse function and double athermic glazing. The door is very easy to adjust and the door seal is made from food-grade silicon. On the easy to read control panel, you will find a button for Steam, Temperature and Timer. The temperature can be set from 50-270°C. The timer can be set between 0-120 minutes.

Effortless cleaning

This robust combi steam oven has a long service life and can be easily expanded with a stainless steel trolley, including a tray rack, which can be ordered separately. Before cleaning the combi steam oven, make sure it has cooled down completely. The housing, door and inner chamber are made from stainless steel and have rounded corners. A soft cloth, warm water and a mild detergent can be used to wipe the smooth surfaces quickly and thoroughly. To clean the door glass, you only need warm water. The combi steam oven stands on four fixed stainless steel feet and is easy to move.
