It's ideal for larger kitchens because you can place up to 11 x 1/1 GN trays so you can prepare large quantities of food at the same time. This robust combi steam oven is not only suitable for steaming, but also for baking, cooking, grilling, stewing, roasting, confit, gratinating and sous vide cooking. It's ideal for placing trays of 53 x 32,5cm with a distance between them of 6,8cm.

Efficient heat distribution

The combi steam oven is equipped with powerful stainless steel heating elements that ensure complete and efficient heat distribution. The fan with reverse function distributes the hot air evenly inside the chamber. You can easily adjust the door and it is also equipped with a double athermic glass so that you don't burn your hands when opening or touching it. The door seal is made from food grade silicone. Steam, temperature and timer are set with the analogue buttons. It's possible to choose temperatures between 100 and 270ºC and you can set the timer up to 120 minutes. The indicator lights show when the combi steam oven is at temperature for steaming dishes. Lighting is built into the inner chamber and the door.

Easy cleaning

Thanks to its robust stainless steel construction, this professional combi steam oven will last for years. Because of its size, this appliance is easy to place on a table or countertop. You can also place this combi steam oven on a stainless steel support, which comes with a tray rack. The stainless steel base can be ordered separately. Cleaning the combi steamer is an easy job for which you only need a soft cloth for stainless steel, lukewarm water and a mild detergent. Wait until the appliance has cooled down and wipe the smooth surfaces clean.
