Durable construction
This high-quality griddle has been made specifically for use within a cooking line. Using only quality materials, it's ideal for daily intensive use. The grooved grill plate has been made from 15mm thick steel and has an elegant satin finish. Underneath there is a large 1,5 litre drip tray to help collect grease during the cooking process and keep everything neat. It can easily be removed for cleaning.

It also has high stainless steel splash guards to prevent oil splashes and ensure a safe and pleasant cooking experience.
