BBQ Chicken Roaster

You fill the chicken stand made of ceramic with liquids, such as beer, wine or even cola. You place the chicken on top of the chicken stand and put it on the barbecue. The heat evaporates the liquid, this steam ensures that the chicken is cooked nicely on the inside and does not dry out. Because the chicken is placed straight on the stand, the outside of the chicken is cooked evenly.
