The gravity feed and the extra hardened hollow ground steel blade with grooves ensure optimum cutting quality, the cutting thickness is infinitely adjustable from 0-16mm. The model features extra space between the blade and the motor, the food carriage and blade guard are easily to remove for easy cleaning.
