As making sausages by hand without the use of a sausage filler is a difficult and time consuming task, this device is a welcome addition to any butcher's shop. This professional sausage filler is made entirely from stainless steel and has a filling capacity of 3 litres. The casings or artificial casings that you use for making sausages are slid over the filling tube. The sausage filler comes with four stainless steel filling tubes of 16, 22, 32 and 38mm diameters. So you always have the right sized of tube ready for use. The pressure plate contains a hole for venting and is enclosed with a seal. Using the pressure plate, you manually press the meat into the filling tube with the help of a crank. You can turn sausages at two speeds with this sturdy sausage filler.

Simple and controlled sausage making

To make sausages with this sturdy sausage stuffer, use one of the four filling tubes. The filling tubes determine the thickness of the sausages. Simply tilt the reservoir towards you and fill with ingredients. The casing used to make the sausage slides over the filling tube and needs to be held firmly. Turn the crank and the ingredients are pushed into the filling tube. It is important that the casing is filled as tightly as possible and that no air is added. When the sausage is ready, turn it a few times and remove it from the filling tube. Because you are filling the sausages by hand, you have a lot of control and the sausages are created perfectly.

Dishwasher safe

Because a sausage stuffed is used with fresh ingredients, it's important that it's cleaned properly after use. The reservoir and the filling tubes can be removed easily to facilitate this. As the parts are made from stainless steel, they can be cleaned in the dishwasher. For the pressure plate, use disinfectant and a damp cloth. After cleaning, the sausage stuffed can be reassembled again. Furthermore, the sausage filler is equipped with four rubber feet so that it can be placed without slipping during use.
