Made of enameled steel – odor free, even at high temperature ranges. The robust structure prevents deformation, making it heat resistant up to 300˚C. Bottom and outer walls are at least 1 mm thick, guaranteeing even heat distribution throughout the entire surface. Enamel has exceptional non-stick properties without using harmful chemicals or toxins. Beacuse of the enamel layer less fat is needed, resulting in reduction of fat needed up to 90%. The containers have a 20 mm rim on all four sides, fits securely in ovens guides. The large rim also allows you to place the container in a point-of-sale display – Sell your goods “directly from the tray”. The tray has straight corners, increasing the volume and making it easier to get equal portions, which results in less loss and higher profits.

The tray (its chamber) has right angles allowing for maximum use of the finished product and easier food cost estimation, which translates into profit enabling exact portion sizes and higher return on investment
