Inside, the corners are rounded so that dirt cannot accumulate in hard-to-clean places. There are three shelves (53 x 55cm) that are all height adjustable and perfectly suited for placing 1/1 GN trays. This fridge is also equipped with four wheels, two of which have a brake so that it can be moved around easily. When you open the door, the inside is illuminated by economical LED lighting.

To set the right temperature, simply use the digital temperature controller. Temperatures can be set within a range from -2 and 8°C. This fridge is equipped with a special cooling cycle, which helps reduce the formation of ice. In addition, the cooling system includes a fan that lets the cold air circulate throughout the fridge's interior. This prevents large temperature differences and ensures that the products reach the correct temperature faster. The refrigerant that is used is R290, which is free from CFC. You can use this fridge in environments up to an ambient temperature of 43°C.

Easy to clean

The housing, as well as the interior, of this powerful fridge has been made from stainless steel, which makes cleaning it a very easy job. The smooth surfaces can be cleaned using a damp cloth and a mild detergent. For the shelves, use lukewarm water with a mild detergent and rinse thoroughly. You should also wipe down the door's rubber seal every time you clean the fridge and make sure you dry all the parts thoroughly afterward.
