Effectively removes protein, fat, starch and oil residues. Safe to use on aluminium, stainless steel, plastic and porcelain. Effectively removes the residues of fat, protein, starch and oil. It doesn't foam, ensuring that no detergent residues are left at the end of the cycle. Not suitable for every type of anodized aluminium, to check the effects apply a bit of detergent to a small spot.
