The model is equipped with an electronic control panel and an open stand on wheels with retractable and static shelves. The body and chamber are made of stainless steel, the bottom of the chamber is made of fired clay. With PizzaMaster® ovens, you have all the power and control you need thanks to stepless independent electronic control of oven temperature, top, bottom and front heat. This allows you to set the oven to get exactly the results you want. There is also a turbo start function to quickly heat up the oven and a dual alarm clock that allows you to set the time manually for each bake or automatically for all bakes at the touch of a button.
