Pizza oven (PY M6L-SC)

Pyralis is designed to meet and exceed the needs of even the most demanding pizza professionals, providing high performance, quality and service. The line currently comprises a complete range of models with capacities from 4 to 18 pizzas (considering 30-34cm Ø). Choose a mechanical or digital control panel, a chamber with bottom-fitted Activestone system or add the full refractory chamber kit for an even higher thermal efficiency (to be requested upon order). All the models boast a sturdy stainless steel structure, easy-to-open doors and an ergonomic and cool handle. Pyralis also has an optional stainless steel extractor hood, supports and wheels. The digital model provides extreme precision in temperature setting, can store up to 2 programs and has a programmed on/off function.
