With this small model shawarma grill, you can quickly serve the tastiest shawarma sandwiches, kebabs and other grill dishes. A kebab grill is not only suitable for use in shawarma shops and grillrooms, but also for grilling meat in food trucks and other catering establishments. This professional doner kebab grill has one gas burner with stainless steel protection mesh and the skewer must be turned manually. For perfect preparation, the grill skewer is adjustable and can be turned left and right. The skewer rotates once per minute. In addition, the included meat plate has a diameter of 19cm.

Including stainless steel drip tray

This kebab grill comes with a stainless steel drip tray that is easy to remove. This grill is not equipped with stainless steel reflection screens on the sides. You can easily connect this professional doner kebab grill to the gas. Because this doner kebab grill works on gas, you will receive standard nozzles for natural gas (20 - 25 mbar). The nozzles for LPG (propane/butane) supplied separately (30 - 50 mbar) in a plastic bag together with the instruction manual. It's important to have the conversion from natural gas to LPG done by an expert. Of course, you can also order the special kebab knife so that the meat can be quickly and easily cut into thin slices.

Removable parts

Working hygienically is essential when preparing food. The doner kebab grill is therefore easy to clean. Simply unplug it and wait for it to cool down. Then, remove all parts that come into contact with meat and soak them in wam water with a mild detergent. Wipe everything with a soft cloth. The housing, skewer and meat plate are made from stainless steel and are also easy to clean.
