With a large mixing bowl of 30L, this robust planetary mixer can be used in any catering kitchen to knead bread and pizza dough. In addition to a dough hook, you also receive a whisk for beating egg whites and whipping cream and a batter wing for mixing and stirring batter. You can set the desired speed of this high-quality dough mixer yourself: 110, 200 or a top speed of 420 RPM. That way, you can select the right speed for every type of dough or batter every time.

Suitable for any kind of dough and batter

With very little effort, this device processes 15kg of pizza dough in a sturdy stainless steel mixing bowl. In addition, it kneads between 8 and 10kg of bread dough with ease.
