Advantages of infrared

It's always a pleasure to work with an infrared heating system because it ensures a direct heat transfer from the cooking hob to the pan. This means that you never have to wait long for your pan to heat up. The heating element in this infrared cooker consists of circular zones with a diameter from 21-30cm. The ceramic cooking surface is 6mm thick and is able to handle heavy pans. The glass plate is set into a sealed monoblock top so you don't need to worry about spills and leaking.

To cook at just the right temperature, you can use the thermostat to set temperatures between 50 and 300°C. Both zones can, of course, be set separately. In addition, the cooker is equipped with a thermostat with a safety switch to prevent overheating, as well as a warning light that stays on as long as the hob is still warm.

Easy cleaning

The top section of this appliance is seamlessly welded and the housing is made entirely from stainless steel. Together with the smooth surface of the glass plate, cleaning this cooker is a breeze. All you need is a damp cloth, warm water and a mild detergent. After you have cleaned and dried all the surfaces, the induction cooker is ready for the next cooking job.
